2. Competition name: Win an Aussie Lollies Gift Box.
3. Entry cost: Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter.
4. Prize: The prize is one Aussie Lollies gift box valued at $139.99. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
5. Prize contents: Product flavours, pack sizes, brands and inclusions may vary depending on stock availability, supplier availability and shipping conditions. If any item is unavailable, Aussie Lollies may substitute an item of similar type or value.
6. Eligibility: Entry is open to eligible individuals who submit a valid entry through this page. Entrants must provide accurate contact details. Employees, contractors, immediate family members of the promoter and anyone directly connected with the administration of the competition may be excluded at the promoter’s discretion.
7. Delivery requirement: The winner must provide a valid delivery address that the promoter can reasonably ship to. The promoter is responsible only for sending the prize to the address provided by the winner.
8. One entry per person: Only one entry is permitted per person. Multiple, automated, duplicate, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
9. Marketing consent: By entering, entrants agree that their details may be used by Aussie Lollies for competition administration, winner contact, marketing, promotional communications and other related communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time where an unsubscribe option is provided.
10. Draw date and time: The winner will be drawn on 30 June 2027 at 12:00pm AEST.
11. Winner selection: The winner will be selected from valid entries received before the draw. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into except as required by law.
12. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the details provided on entry. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, provides incorrect details, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the promoter may redraw or select an alternative winner.
13. Prize delivery: The promoter’s obligation is limited to supplying and dispatching the prize. The promoter is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, customs delays, carrier issues, weather events, acts outside the promoter’s control, or loss or damage after dispatch except where required by law.
14. Food and allergen notice: The prize may contain food products that include or may have been processed near allergens including but not limited to milk, soy, wheat/gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, egg and other ingredients. The winner is responsible for checking all product labels, ingredients, allergen statements and suitability before consuming or sharing any product.
15. Health and suitability: The promoter is not responsible for any allergic reaction, dietary issue, medical issue, misuse, overconsumption, sharing with unsuitable recipients, or failure to read product labels, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.

17. Technical issues: The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, not received, or affected by website issues, internet issues, form errors, device problems or other technical faults outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
18. Changes or cancellation: If the competition cannot run as planned due to events beyond the promoter’s reasonable control or because of insolvency, business restrictions or the products no longer being available (in which case, alternative to a similar value will be provided), the promoter may modify, suspend, cancel or reschedule the competition where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
19. Privacy: Entrant information will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner, deliver the prize and send marketing or other communications where permitted. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the website’s privacy practices.
20. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes liability for loss, damage, injury, delay, cost or expense arising from entry into the competition, participation in the promotion, acceptance or use of the prize, delivery issues, technical issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside the promoter’s control.
21. Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.
